Multicenter genomewide linkage scan of schizophrenia
The links below will permit downloading files with complete linkage results from Holmans et al., Genomewide linkage scan of schizophrenia in a large multicenter pedigree sample using single nucleotide polymorphisms (Molecular Psychiatry 2009, PMID 19223858).
There are three parts:
- Holmans_Multicenter_Schizophrenia_Results_SNPs_and_key (SNP linkage map and listing of files)
- Holmans_Multicenter_Schizophrenia_Results_EUR (non-parametric and parametric linkage results for European-ancestry families)
- Holmans_Multicenter_Schizophrenia_Results_ALL (non-parametric and parametric linkage results for families of all ancestries)
The following file is a zipped version of an Excel file that contains all three parts as separate worksheets (4.5 Mb; unzipped file is 14 Mb):
Alternatively, the following three files are separate zipped text files which are much smaller:
